My love for art started as far back as I can remember... with my mom catching me coloring on the walls of our house.
She fueled my passion, by making sure I had more than enough things to create with, and plenty of paper to create on.
I started my career early by almost being suspended in kindergarten for coloring my entire desk with a jumbo red crayon. After that I continued through school soaking up as much art as I could.
From my first design job in 10th grade as a graphic designer, and professors that pushed me beyond my skill level throughout school, I continued on this career path for 21 years.
In May I was invited to place my first toy in a gallery show, with my submission for "Whats with all the Rabbits?" at Mothership Toy Gallery.
So here we are . . . I've been a fan and collector of Designer Art Toys since 2009. Colliding my passion for art, with this fantastic creative toy world just made sense.
It has been such an enjoyable blessing. The support and feedback has been very humbling and inspiring.
This is just the beginning, there's so much to learn and so much creativity to share.
